Wow...

Luke 10:38-42
"And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:"
"But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her."

That careful and troubled... That's me! And not only that, but the scripture also says in another place, be careful for nothing, but with everything by prayer and supplication. I was looking that up to help Matt, but the same word for 'careful' in that verse is the same word used here, in Greek. Begins with an 'M.' Man... I am so careful in sharing the Gospel and troubled in getting the Gospel across, I neglect that good part, which God says is needful, it must come first, most important...

Verse 39.
"And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word."

I don't think that Mary would have been alone, because Jesus always traveled and taught the 12. But Martha complained and actually asked Jesus! Send Mary to come and help me, I guess seeing it not right that she has to serve alone. And Jesus said that learning from Him was more important... Seeking Jesus.
