In this week's study, the Gospel According to John was started. This is a most intimate book, different from the other 3 books detailing the Gospel. Read John carefully. Even at its very beginning, John reveals much to the one that seeks the Word. To you who bear the sword of the Spirit: reading the Word with understanding is like eating - satisfying a need that comes from the spirit, but leaving you with satisfaction that fills your soul. God bless you, who take in this study as a meal-plan to God's Word. As knocking is a sign of the coming resurrection, keep knocking on the Master's door, for it's you who find Christ early and come in and sup with Him who are saved from sin, which is death.

"He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy." The Book of Proverbs Chapter 28, Verse 6.
If this is your first time trying this weekly bible study, there is no need to start all the way from the beginning; you can start on today's day and go forward from that day and when the study is completed, go to the beginning to the point where it began and go forward to where you first started! If the Spirit is driving you to know, you can do them all in one day, if you like. If you would like to know, but decide to go slowly, you can do the ones marked as 1 the first week and the ones marked 2 the second.
Just remember: Read God's Word as you are moved by the Spirit. Read God's words with Understanding!
