Here are a few reasons why their claims bear no weight with scrutiny.

1) Jesus (Yeshua) is a common male name in Israel for the time, a very common name. The bible mentions several other unrelated male 'Jesus' in the New Testament (Bar-Jesus). This does not discredit the New Testament account of Jesus. 'Jesus' is a transliteration of the Latin word for Ἰησοá ¿¦ς [IÄ“sous] in the original Koine Greek of the New Testament manuscripts, which comes from the Septuagint transliteration of the Hebrew. There are 10 other males in the Hebrew bible who are named the original Hebrew name for Jesus.
2) So is Mary, Miriam. So is Miriamene, which is as common as 'Jill' or 'Sally.'
3) In the time of the New Testament, since Christianity was hurting the Roman Empire, and destroying Jeudaism, all they had to do was produce a corpse, or tell of a grave site, and they would have silenced these people, who said that Jesus arose from the dead (Paul wrote in the bible, 1 Corinthians Ch.15, that if the dead don't rise, the faith is vanity), but they never did this. They could produce no body, no corpse.
4) It was clear that the body wasn't taken by the early followers of Jesus and the apostles because of the manner of their own deaths from history: fed to lions, crucified upside down, sawn in half with a saw, stabbed, beheaded, and many other gruesome ways (Fox's book of Martyrs). No one would willingly give their lives to anything they believe is a lie or not true.

6) The markings on the grave-site found, as one critic examined, look like chicken-scratch, and could be interpreted to say any name.
7) Why would anyone trust a major archaeological find to two Hollywood film-makers, whose jobs are to create hour-long fictional movies, considering that they've been archaeologically wrong before? Mr. Simcha Jacobovici, documentary filmmaker who works a number of films on controversies in Jewish history, is most noted for uncovering an ossuary from James, which is a popular and commonly known hoax.
8) The DNA evidence, tauted&nbs p;as evidence that the ossuary assigned to Jesus and the ossuary assigned to Miriamene are not siblings, they use to say that this is why they think the two bodies were married, and that this is Jesus of Nazareth. Since there is nothing to prove that this truly is Jesus the Christ, of Nazareth, why would this matter? Additionally, the outworking of how they present the DNA evidence is flawed - why would examining their DNA to prove they are unrelated bear weight to their idea that this is Jesus the Christ?
9) If you examine the works and writing of Origen, Pliny the Younger, many other early Christian Church Fathers, or secular writers from the time writing about Christianity in the 1st century, they tell nothing of the claims of a tomb, the marriage of Jesus, or anything that has come out of today's modern propaganda about the time.
10) The 2,000 year old testimony of the resurrection, the New Testament, which is proven to be the most reliable document in all of antiquity for its great multitude of manuscripts, stands clear as the most reliable testimony, and the first witness to the account of body of Jesus of Nazareth being missing.
